I write policies, procedures and bids. I am the safeguarding lead; I offer overarching support for all staff and service delivery and Disability Equality Act advice. I also recruit volunteers and talk to the press.

In my role I offer support and advice with housing/HomeLink applications, Blue Badge applications, initial Universal Credit online applications, reading and understanding letters. I also run social and peer groups and offer support to the volunteers.
