We are getting an increasingly high number of no shows for our appointments. We are always fully booked up around 4-6 weeks in advance so our advisors time is hugely valuable. Client numbers are also expected to increase dramatically as a result of local authority budget cuts.  
Because of this we're having to introduce new procedures. If a client misses 2 appointments they will have to wait 6 months before they can book again. This applies to no shows only, and will not apply if a client calls to cancel or reschedule. We will review this on a case by case basis.  
We have clients waiting a long time to access our free services and we simply don't have the capacity to have advisors waiting for no shows when their time could be spent assisting another vulnerable clients.
